Quest NPC: Shine Star Fairy in Chang’an City

Quest Description: Get a Longevity Elixir for Shine Star Fairy

Quest Rewards: Exp x 1000000, Reincarnation Plate x 1

After using Reincarnation Plate, your character will become Immortal and degrade to level 1, HP, MP, will decrease accordingly (Equipment, pet, mount and other properties will not change). You need to retrain to level 60. During your retraining, you will get 1 extra attribute point for every two level-up. So after you reach level 60 again, you will have 30 more attribute points in total, which makes you more powerful. You can also use Reincarnation Plate to your pet when it reaches level 60.
